Initial interview over phone with Program Manager who is very good communicator and puts you at ease during the interview. One of the best phone interviews I've ever had. Next step was panel interview with client and site walk (tour) of facility to get better sense of what is expected in the position. Open communication encouraged with strong emphasis on working as team. Found out within several days after panel interview that offer was confirmed and negotiated/locked in start date.
