Entrevista
1️⃣ Application and Process
a). I was contacted by the recruiter for the Senior Backend Engineer role and went through all technical rounds.
b). The process initially looked promising — technical rounds were well-structured and relevant.
c). However, communication started breaking down after the HR discussion.
2️⃣ HR & Salary Discussion
a). HR asked about my salary expectation; I clearly mentioned my fixed-pay range and justification based on experience.
b). Instead of a two-way discussion, there was no transparency or negotiation.
c). I was told they would “get back by evening,” but no update ever came, even after polite follow-ups.
3️⃣ Post-Interview Experience
a). The recruiter stopped responding to calls and messages completely.
b). There was no closure mail, no update — just silence.
c). For a company that positions itself as a global, professional organisation, this behaviour was disappointing and disrespectful.
4️⃣ Overall Impression
a). The process lacked basic communication ethics.
b). Candidates invest significant time and energy in preparing; leaving them waiting without any response shows poor candidate experience.
c). I hope TADA improves its HR and hiring process by being transparent about budget constraints and giving timely feedback.

Pergunta 1
One ride-sharing application was given, and some methods were incomplete. We had to complete those methods during the interview.
Arranging a time slot for the interview was slightly complicated with some back and forth and slow responses but the interview itself went smoothly and typical for what you would expect for a hospitality role.
