Awful. 1) They use an outside recruiter so when you get there they have no idea who you are, nor the position you applied to. 2) After having an interview with a manager, another person comes in and ask me the exact same questions. Imagine having back to back interview, why?because they are disorganized. 3) After all this trouble, they never sent me a job description they promised to send me (you know because I ended up interviewing from 2 different positions) nor did they ever reach out to me again. Their test is crap, not written correctly and filling the blanks makes it more subjective. Even after having a great interview and I felt good on the test they never called me, not even to tell me I wasn'thired. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME
