Applied online through a recruiting company. After about two months, I was invited for an interview. The interview was easy and mainly focused on my experience and completed projects. After that, I didn’t hear back for another couple of months until I was asked to submit personal documents. Following that, I was again left without any updates for 2–3 months. I assume I was eventually rejected. Communication is awfully bad. No replies to emails and calls. No clear timelines. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

No code interviews. HR was not professional, mainly communication issues. After two rounds of interviews they extended an offer and then rescinded it without any clarification. It was a simple rejection email post verbal offer.
