These people don't care about someone's time. I was been asked to attend the interview f2f for which I had travelled almost 1200 kms. Later on they did not have any courtesy to respond me about the update on interview. Couple of days after I realised that these people take virtual round of interviews too. I had a discussion with Dipak during my interview and I feel he himself is a threat to the company.

Interviewer asked all personal questions rather than any relevant job related questions. Throughout the interview, he was leaning on the chair fully relaxed and surfing his mobile.
