It was a phone call. Very shady, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. They weren't asking about my credentials, but rather why I should join. They say financial advisor, but it's just one of those insurance sales positions trying to mislead you.

2 rounds of interview-
1) general aptitude test where the questions are basic
2) personal interview where hr sees your overall personality and asks about your projects you did previously.
Overall it was a nice experience.
