Extremely lengthy and over the top. We were tested in all aspect: language skills, problem solving, psychological evaluation, etc. I had to go back for the different stages about 4 times. All of this just to work at the back office. At the end I was offered a position but with no guarantees - first I would have to go through 2 months of unpaid training.
