It was really unprofessional experience with interview process in Tata Elxsi Pune 1-Conducted 3 rounds of interview, upto sr manager round., 2- For the answer I given People in interview discussion praise for Competency 3-Then it was no feedback for long period, 4-After follow up ,response received was -Rejected after 3rd round Reason-no experience in Medical Domain. Till 3rd round of interview, management didn't understand that profile is Not from Medical Domain,it is really unbelievable Experience
