I was headhunted by the agency's Talent Manager. Two weeks after exchanging numerous messages on LinkedIn, emails and sending my CV and a link to my website, I was to meet two senior male copywriters. I knew then it was over for me.

All fairly easy, by the time I was their they were basically trying to sell me on the job. They were nice kind people with no curve balls or difficult questions
