Initial communication was with the 3 Team leads. After that, the interveiw was discussed amongst the staff and then had a second interveiw with the hiring Manager. Over all the process was very informal. I did like the first day was the structure was very organized. Met with the IT folks then off to a more personal traning session with the lead recruiter.
