Entrevista
Applied online and got a call the very next day from the regional manager to set up an initial interview. Went to the store and met with a store manager and a regional manager. Was asked some leadership type of questions as well as behavioral. Took all but 30 minutes. Next day I got a call back to set up a 2nd interview. Met with the regional manager and area manager that same week. Similar behavioral questions were asked. Decent interview process. Not hoping for much out of this position but at least it will pad my resume and give me a paycheck.

Tell me about a time you: 1) dealt with an irate customer who would not leave the premises 2) had to admit to a mistake 3) wished you could have made a situation better 4) had to decide which job to take and how you arrived to your conclusion

Met with an OMM and he set up the interview. Interviewed with the SMM and OMM and a store manager. Simple questions around managing and my experience. Hypotheticals and the what have you. Got a call after I left setting up the second interview with the District Manager of Ohio. He asked no questions about the job but more about me. I read it as a personality test. I got a call shortly after from my future boss explaining how I killed the interview. I started 3 weeks later.

Entrevista
The interview was very easy and laid back no pressure. I received a call about the position we schedule an interview for a few days later. The interview process was basic question around coaching employees and my selling abilities.

2 interview hire. Looking to see if you have the ability to sell. And what is your customer experience focus. Very positive with the Regional Manager I was interviewing with. With the right regional manager you can expect to go far. Know what Moorehead Communications is about. Their mantra, their position in the industry and you will impress them.
