There were three interviews, with different departments. The HR interview was professional and more serious, but meetings with the sales managers were unpredictable. They were very interested in aggressive sales people. Mobile phone sales and Dish sales are highly competitive.

Be prepared to recall difficult sales experiences, or questions about how to handle difficult customers. Also be prepared to answer how to get "just a bit more" from a customer.

Was not too long, they asked about my past sales history and my ability to get along well with both customers and team members everyday. I also liked the fact that they asked if I was tech saavy.

Entrevista
The interview is a zoom meeting composed of the 3 tiers of leaders. Very standard sales interview questions and customer service based. The interview is no longer than 20 to 30 min. I would say a very easy interview. Basically sale yourself and you should be fine.
