Interview / HR rep took 3 weeks to reply to me after my in-store interview. The entire process took 6 weeks from applying, to assessment, to a zoom interview, to meeting the store manager --- just to be ghosted repeatedly. After waiting 3 days in between the first follow up, and another week to call/email for a secondary follow up, get a canned email "thank you for your application, but at this time...". Unprofessional.

Was not too long, they asked about my past sales history and my ability to get along well with both customers and team members everyday. I also liked the fact that they asked if I was tech saavy.

Entrevista
The interview is a zoom meeting composed of the 3 tiers of leaders. Very standard sales interview questions and customer service based. The interview is no longer than 20 to 30 min. I would say a very easy interview. Basically sale yourself and you should be fine.
