I took an interview here. Was made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time, well over an hour, even though there was simply no one else and I was the only candidate there. Not even the supposed contact person came to see me for once, the whole while I was there. No courtesy, no decency, not even bare minimum respect for themselves or the people they deal with. Finally the 'job interview' happened where I was asked a whole bunch of absolutely unrelated haywire meaningless questions, by one person specifically called shirshendu. There were two others in the interview panel, who nevertheless tried to make at least some meaning out of the entire thing. Clearly this other chap had no idea and did not even know for what position, what job role, specific skillset, responsibilities he was taking the interview. Threw around a whole lot of air, attitude and meaningless talk 100% unrelated with the job posting they had themselves made. Even passed a bunch of intentful petty comments upon the subject of my expected compensation package for that 'job opening'. Stuff like - apparently if I have a family in order to validate the claim of the amount of compensation I asked from this 'job'. The people could not, would not and showed no intention of answering any of my queries regarding the supposed work, project, team, environment, duration, stage of the work, road-map, procedures and related things. Or. Simply did not have any intention from the beginning and were sitting there to stage a fake interview. Absolutely below-the-belt, irritating and unpleasant. If a book is to judge by its cover, I would say - this is a doomed sinking ship, with a whole bunch of overaged underachieving losers on it. Insecure and stupid. They really have no job, no work actually. A ship that is sinking faster than a holed dinghy in a pond. Totally wasted my day, my time my energy. I don't think they have any worthwhile work/project AT ALL hence such petty talks. I would be surprised if 80% of the clients, customers and investors aren't gone or thinking of leaving already. To future investors, clients - stay absolute clear. I am sure you will be better off. To candidates seeking good employment - you can much better. Two thumbs down. Negative rating. one piece of advice to this lot - paid misleading reviews by bunch of hired rentboys do not work.
