1. Phone screening - a phone call of 15-20 minutes, regular and usual. 2. Remote culture interview - a Zoom meeting with 3 people. Not all the people are in my chain of command, I don't know how they were selected. 3. In-person interview at the HQ. Talked with people I was going to work with. Discussed work approaches, ideas, etc. More of a discussion with personal assessment than a question-answer ping-pong.
