There are three stages to this interview process. Not all candidates face the same type of process. Process may change for every position. As an associate you meet with HR, the hiring manager and the department head.

Pretty straight forward process. The first round of interviews was initiated with an HR phone interview asking basic questions about my resume, career history along with surface-level questions pertaining to the position. From there you’re contacted at a later date to progressed with an in-person interview with a department manager.
