If you get hired as Personal Banker Trainee, they can throw you to any branch they want until you get hired at a Permanent Branch for which also you have to again interview. Be mentally prepared to work 12 pm to 8 pm shifts. If you work from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays, you have to work extra 1 hour on other days. The overall workplace is toxic and the branch managers are under constant pressure and treat you poorly.
