I didn't went through HR / phone interview. Did only one interview with Branch Manager. First part based on information on your resume, second part is some behavioral questions.

Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
