received a referral from a former coworker. Initially the process was very straightforward and included a phone screening and two person interviews - the first with hr and the second with the team, including group head, director and two vice presidents. HR was slow to respond regarding follow up. i did not receive an answer for 3 weeks.

Lots of cliche personality and fit questions (e.g. tell me about a time you struggled)
Easy questions but long process. They ask many general questions but I think they are waiting for someone to finally be interesting. Or they are just waiting for someone that is overqualified to get the job

Entrevista
Straight forward easy interview, no trick questions. 1 round hr and a case study relevant to the role. Have to understand the product and ecosystem. Care about your interest and passion for the industry
It was the first round with HR, including general and behavioral questions. HR is nice, however I don't enter the next round yet. The interview questions are basic, with an impressed one that I have attached here.
