They asked me some question about my resume and then questions regarding sales goals. It started with question regarding my hobbies. At the end they questioned my status in Canada and checked if I have work permit or not.

The interview process was quite straight forward. They mainly asked behavioural questions and why I was interested in the position of CSR. Interviewers were nice people and the overall vibe was good.
