Entrevista
Applied online with submission of resume and cover letter. Answered some question right after submission(remember to save as draft if you anticipate a long time to write). Next day, receive a requirement of complete a online assessment which include question like "how you feel yourself fits to this adjective", "what's you opinion about this statement" and scene question.It took about one hour to complete. I did not have any experience in customer service and I claim that in the questionnaire during application, but i still get the chance of phone interview.
After that, receive a call to make an appointment of phone interview. I did not pick up the call actually, but the HR leave a message in my voice mail.
The phone interview (18 minutes) is generally good, HR was friendly and nice.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
