The hunter found my resume then directly connected me with the Sr. Sourcing Manager who needs the incombent. I just thought it was a typical interview, and every question they asked is just normal question in interview, such as: 1. Why this company? 2. Show my a case for one of yoru sourcing projects? 3. How do you negotiate with vendors? 4. What's the most difficult thing in your daily work?

Pretty straight forward interview process, an initial call with the hiring manager, with a secondary interview with the department lead. Both interviewers felt well prepared for the interview. Positive overall experience, however I elected not to take the role.
