It wasnt that hard just keep talking about customer service, go in detail etc. They let you knoe on the phone interview if you proceed to the next step or not

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.

there were two interviews with the hiring manager and HR person. took approximately 3 weeks from begin to end of when first applied. normal type of behaviour questions were asked
