This is one on one interview by Sales Manager, without HR. The whole process last for about 1 hour. Most questions are behaviour questions, and understanding of the insurance industry. the atmosphere is somewhat relax.

How much insurance do you think you can sell in the first year?
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
