Entrevista
3 round process. First round general, second round technical, 3rd round soft attributes. The questions aren't too difficult, as long as you've prepared ahead of time and understand what responses they're looking for. This job is an advisory position, so clearly they're looking to see whether you can advise affectively. Thus, they'll be looking for how well you can explain things, how affectively you can communicate, your overall mannerisms, etc.

What kind of professional designations/credentials do you have, are you working toward any, what previous work experience do you have that you feel relates to this position
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
