Applied online. Received a phone call. Scheduled a phone interview. 2 weeks later was called for in-person interview. Im still waiting for the respond. It has been near 21 days and no offer yet.

What makes a good sales person? How to keep up with targets? How would you handle times when business is slow? Define great customer service? How Would you describe yourself ? Why did you close this career? Why should we hire you? Tell me about a conflict that you had and how did you overcome it?
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
