It was mainly behavioral questions and asked personal questions why commercial banking as a career path. Another question was describe a time when you had over came a challenge and how you overcame it.

Entrevista
The process took about 4 weeks. A recruiter reached out to me through handshake and I applied on the company website. There was one initial phone interview followed by a superday interview which happened the following day. It consisted of three interviews back to back, 30 minutes each.
