After sending in my application I received an email with an assessment to complete, I had it sent to me the next day and was given some hours to complete it.

Unprofessional. Don't apply. Waste of time. They don't keep candidates updated. Make you do an assessment and later cancel 2nd round interview on a short notice. Cant imagine how the work environment is with application process this chaotic.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TD International (Washington, DC).
Entrevista
There was a phone screening, followed by three hour combined writing and language assessment,and then a behavioral interview (1 hour) and a research skills focused interview (1 hour). I received an offer following the final round.
