Normal phone screening and recruiter promised to get back to me in a week. Found it very rude as recruiter did not reply to my message. Knowing my application is unsuccessful, however, do you job to reply to candidate. Everyone deserves a respect. It is not only company choosing the right candidate for the job, but candidate is also choosing the right company to work as well. Thank God my application is unsuccessful, at least I have filtered out this company.
