Entrevista
I left my resume in hand at the HR department, and they call me back for an enterview. There is also a career area in the official site, however I don't know if it works in all contries. I was interview by the HR Manager and several other managers from different areas: Production, Tool Shop and Quality, and in the end by the Plant Manager along with the Quality Manager and HR Manager. The knowledge of english is mandatory and if you talk german even better.

The main subject in the interview was statistcs and questions to identify my profile. Regarding statics it was the basics: Mean, standard deviation, normal distribution. On the other hand they ask if I consider my self as a shy person and if I would be confortable presenting to customers and have dinner with them.

30 phone with HR then another 30 mins with team/hiring manager. Manager said he was afraid entry level job wouldn't be challenging enough and that young people tend to jump from one job to another. Said his entry level hire from last year has done nothing but reports, kept wondering if I would be interested in this position. Felt like he was trying to convince me the whole time that this job isn't right for me...

At first a phone interview happened with the engineering manager, it focused on your working status only.
Few days later, a on-site interview with
1. Currently quality engineer- several questions for charts and table (SPC)
A tour around the whole factory was given by him.
2. HR manager-Resume and background questions

All of them were telling you what this position was like, more than testing you for job qualification.

Entrevista
Friendly and interresting job interview.
Challenging questions helped the manager to see if I am the right person for the job.
Conversation was very good and informative, the plant and the conference room is very new and a good place to work.
