Virtual meeting due to COVID and manager living abroad. The interview was relaxed yet I tested it like a regular interview in terms of attire. They are looking for not just a good fit for the position with proven expertise but for the team personality wise.

It was long process and give candidate case study in data science then if you pass it, you will interview with technical consultant and manager and analyst. It is overall good experience. It can tell the company takes peoples skill seriously.

Technical Round
HRBP Round
Cleared the HR screening, Case Study and Technical Round. However could not clear final HR Round conducted by HRBP Reshma who was very adamant and rude. I answered all her questions honestly. Though I cracked the case study, cleared technical round and hiring manager was aligned with my expected CTC, my candidature was rejected due to some strange reason. Recruiter was not even bothered to inform about the status of my candidature until I found out from my own sources.
Technical teams are good but HR team is biased
