I had an interview with a recruiter who seemed very excited about my profile meeting the role's requirements. After a few days of not hearing back, I sent an email asking about the status and they never answered.

I had a phone interview , followed by an HR interview. Straightforward, explained the position, its role in the overall scheme of things and asked me to explain how I fit into it.

It was easy and they believe on whatever you say. People taking your interview might not be technical experts. Just one on one discussion. It takes 2 to 3 weeks for final offer
