Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TEA.

Online Wunderlich test followed by a psychology test, similar to what you would get if you applied to Best Buy or Chipotle. Followed up a week later with a psychologist to make sure I was the right fit. It's your very standard corporate cookie-cutter interview.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela TEA (Jacksonville, FL) em set. de 2019

The process took 6 weeks. Several aptitude tests and a virtual one-sided interview where you answer their bank of questions on video prior to a phone screen. Once I passed those steps, I was already a few weeks into the process. The phone screen seemed robotic, they are looking for specific answers to questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years and 10 years. What 3 words would you use to describe yourself. I passed this and was asked to do an in person interview. The panel had a list of questions that looked like a booklet, taking turns asking questions. Again, this seems robotic and almost all behavioral. I only rate this as difficult because of the multiple steps a candidate has to jump through to obtain an entry or mid-level position at this company. By the time the process, was over, I already received a much better offer from a company that didn't require layers and layers of steps. This company also has a doctoral psychologist as part of the interview process. Good luck!
