Pretty basic first interview. Asked mainly about my current job and how I would be able to talk about my job with family but not say specifics. They also asked if I had any questions about my current position compared to this new position.

Interview process was very simple. No actual engineering questions were asked. I think they had already decided to hire me before the interview had even started. Standard questions were asked about describing yourself and your work ethic examples. There was first a phone interview, followed by an in person interview that turned more into a tour of the plant.
