After an initial phone screening, I was brought on site. I had 4 interviews scheduled for the same day: the director of the department, the director of a different department, a coworker/peer, and the manager I would be reporting to. Honestly it was exhausting, although everyone I met with was personable. It seemed someone else already had the job, since one of the interviewers told me not to be discouraged if I didn’t get the offer. She said she’d had to apply twice to get her role, and she thought if I was persistent I would eventually make the cut.
