Tegna reached out to me regarding a leadership position and over the course of 2 weeks, I met with a 8 people and had 4 interviews. A little over a week after my final interview, I received a system-generated message that I was not selected. While I recognize that I was not the candidate of choice, I felt that the "cold" communication was not a strong candidate experience and quite frankly, left a poor taste in my mouth regarding this company.
