I was messaged off LinkedIn by a recruiter of theirs, had a 15 minute phone interview, followed by an interview at their office. They asked very in depth questions about how I perceived life, what I am motivated by, and asked detailed questions about events I mentioned in my life. I ended up being excused after an hour long interview, but they provided detailed feedback and valuable insight in my interviewing skills

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
