They have you come in when the workday begins, at 8 am, observe the opening meeting, meet other members of the team, observe specific recruiters, then have an interview with two account managers to see if you'd be a good fit, then they take you out to lunch to continue getting to know you, then you come back to interview with the DBO, director of business operations. You should know in about a week if they extend the offer to you.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer! Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before
