There was one on site interview with the sales manager. This was pretty conversational. TEKsystems look for genuine/authentic people.... not a corning type of sales person. Conversation was focused on what motivates and drives you. Went through employment history and why I want to be at TEKsystems.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
