The phone interview felt more like a conversation, the interviewer was very helpful and made the process go smoothly. He asked a lot of behavioral questions after providing some background information about the company.

They use an online assessment test. The questions where mostly about recognizing patterns in number series or substitutions.
I went through several stages in the hiring process: first, a recruiter phone interview, followed by an online assessment on HackerRank. Then came the hiring manager interview, followed by two technical interviews and a final behavioral interview with the contracting company.
Ironically, after a month long process and passing the technical round, my recruiter ghosted me.

Entrevista
Interview process was very smooth. Recruiter Abhilash v was the one who guided me throughout my interview. i got feedback after my each round which helped me to improve.
First round was online test followed by one technical and managerial round.
Got selected as junior software engineer for Cisco.
