E-mail, phone screen, 2 on 1 interview at office, half day shadow. Very informal but straight forward. asked questions, talked about what teksystems is about and asked further questions.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
