Be prepared to show examples of how you succeeded and accomplishments that you have done. They are also looking for competitive people. They also hire on looks, as they say "Everyone at TEK is good looking" except for a lot of the men.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
