Interview process was smooth.
Initial connect with HR who gave insight about organisation, group and job description in details.
Once resume was shortlisted interview was scheduled in a very planned manner.
2 technical rounds with client directly and overall experience -level was good, tough and at the same time friendly.
Once cleared HR round was with a senior HR- experienced and mature person seeking your details, interests and aspirations.
Offer was released and it was good.
I declined as I got a better offer on the same day (was actively seeking) and I did not plan to renegotiate with either organisation.

Entrevista
Aditya from TEK systems had helped me through the entire process of my recruitment. I haven't so far seen a recruiter being so involved and caring about their interviewees. Very smooth process, clarity of job role and expectations of client articulated so well. I have seen recruiters who never revert with feedback on contrary Aditya ensured we are informed about our next rounds and prepared to give our best shot.
