Interview was thorough and felt like I really got to know the people I'd be working with, as well as what the company was about. Did a good job describing the role, and were very transparent about struggles, and positive outcomes.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
