Application was easy to apply online. Completed an assessment afterwards. Two interviews. First interview is really intense. Asked lots of question even when explaining the answer in much detail. Second one is with the director on via zoom.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
