messy and unprofessional to say the least. I was embarrassed for this company because as a recruiting company you would think they would have a straight froward recruiting process, rather they play phone tag with you and keep you hooked incase they decide to call.

45 minutes of behavioural questions starting from your high school experience, which has no relation to your adult life so I don't know what they wanted to learn from that. tip: instead of badgering applicants with behavioural questions to try and get a sense of who they are and how they work, just have a normal conversation with them and you will likely learn a lot more.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

Entrevista
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
