Two steps: one virtual with director and a senior seller followed with a half day shadow in office. The half day shadow usually consists of meeting with four other employees and more of a cultural fit understanding.

Tell us about your journey of how you got into sales.
The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
