First there is a phone screen with the internal recruiter, this conversation is more of getting to know you and what your looking for. Then there is an in person interview with the DBO and 1-2 other senior member in the office. If that goes well then you go for a half day job shadow where to talk with several people in the office and learn about the day to day activities. The half day job shadow ends with a 1 on 1 with the DBO.

There were 4 rounds , 1st round they asked to write some questions and answer to the mail, 2nd round was group discussion, 3rd round was shadow session, 4th round was personal interview round.
