They don't have a recruiter in the process for such a huge organization, the hiring manager did the initial screening herself, unbelievable, but accpetable. The second round is a case study that they send to you 24 hours before your interview where you need to present it with a full deck, a bit tight, but also acceptable. The interview was one hour, with me presenting the case and they asking follow up questions and "behavioral" questions, both interviewers were not prepared at all, they were just reading pre-selected questions off the screen and couldn't even read them well. The interesting part is, candidates really spent time and effort in preparing the case, but hiring managers don't seem to care and when they decide not to move you forward, you receive a no-reply auto generated email from their system even though you've had 2 rounds of interviews with them and spent 10+ hours in working on their fake case. I would say it is a complete lack of respect for candidates' time and effort if they cannot even send a repliable manual email to reject, even if it's just copy pasting.

Very week and disorganized interview process. I went through four stages of interview, including HR, the hiring manager, a panel, and then the senior team leader who couldn’t make the panel. This included prepping for a case study which a) they gave me 30 minutes to present and b) very vague parameters so during the presentation I outlined I made a lot of assumptions. Not only did they leave me with only 15 minutes to present the case as they asked so many questions upfront, they started questioning why i didn’t have some of the details that they failed to include themselves in the upfront. Overall the interview went well as I did have another interview afterwards I suppose, but after that interview they told me that the hiring manager was on vacation for 2 weeks and I would hear then. 6 weeks later I got an automated message saying they wouldn’t proceed with me. I found out shortly thereafter they ended up hiring someone internally. Total waste of time.

After HR interview, had a panel interview where I had to present a case study over Zoom to a team of 4 people. The case study was a strategy presentation that I was given 7 days to do. Second round of interview was with the Director.
