Good combination of interviewers from different discipline. Online interview not in person. Standard process asking about the candidates quick background and then everyone introducing themselves describing their role. Followed by a good description of the position and what the Dept. does.

The process had four rounds over about three weeks. It started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a technical coding round on a shared editor, then a virtual onsite with two algorithm interviews and a system design session. The final round was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Communication between rounds was prompt and clear.

Entrevista
Pretty smooth. I had 2 interviews one with the director and one with the team. There was a take home technical challenge as well which the team looked at. Mainly soft skilled questions and then focus on the approach to solving the challenge. Everyone was nice.
